By use of the Service the user agrees:

4. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. The user is not using the Service for or on behalf of any third-party, or for any commercial purpose.
5. YOU MUST AGREE TO BEAR ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF ANY CONTENT LISTED ON OR PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF SUCH CONTENT.
If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or request to use this Service.Within Shoppsie’s sole discretion, this Agreement is subject to amendment, change, modification, revision, or termination at any time without advance notice to the user.Any and all such changes shall be immediately effective at the time they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to maintain familiarity with this Agreement as it may change over time.By continuing to use the Service after updates to this Agreement are posted, you agree to be bound by those changes.In the event that a material change is made, your service may be paused until you agree to the updated Agreement.
Description of the Service The Service allows its users to receive and view promotional content that may provide savings to the user when shopping online.When our users use such content and make an eligible purchase through Shoppsie, the eligible purchase will be entered into a prize pool for a chance to have the eligible purchase paid for by Shoppsie.After a prize pool has been formed, we will select one user at random, per prize pool, and cover the full cost of their eligible purchase.
Prize Eligibility
The user must download and install the Shoppsie extension.
The user must create a Shoppsie account using their correct personal information.
The user must activate the extension using the activation code provided by Shoppsie.
The user account must stay in good standing, at the sole discretion of Shoppsie, from the time of purchase until the winner is drawn.
The user must click on at least one promotional content link to associate our affiliate id with the purchase being made.
The user must complete their purchase where Shoppsie is the publisher of record for that purchase.
The purchase must earn Shoppsie an affiliate commission.
Only the items in the user’s order that are deemed commissionable, at the sole discretion of the advertiser, will be paid for by Shoppsie.
Shoppsie must receive payment from the advertiser for the user’s purchase.
The user must reside in the US or Canada.
Prize Redemption
The user will receive a winning notification in their Shoppsie account and via email address used to sign up for a Shoppsie account.
Shoppsie uses PayPal to transfer winning purchase amounts. A valid PayPal email must be entered into the user’s profile to request payment.
Winnings will be paid out in the amount of the total purchase price less, but not limited to, the following; taxes, shipping fees, other advertiser fees (engraving, gift wrap, etc), items not eligible for commission, coupon discounts, etc.
Payments will be initiated when the user requests the transfer of their eligible balance.
Prize Exclusions
Any product or service that may be redeemed in the future such as, but not limited to: travel purchases (airfare, rental cars, train tickets, boats), sporting events, concert tickets, services such as Groupon activities.
Returned items, cancelled services and/or any other form of rescindication of an offer that generated a commission from a transaction with the advertiser and subsequently caused this commission to be reversed by the advertiser.
Any purchase over $5,000 USD.
Free to Use Shoppsie does not charge fees to use its Service.
Scope of Promotional Content The Service displays products, offers, coupons, discount codes, sales, product descriptions, or related merchant information and other information shown within or through the Service (collectively “Promotional Content”), made available to us by our advertisers. Our advertisers may offer different Promotional Content to other affiliates or their own customers through loyalty rewards programs and other marketing channels that Shoppsie is not allowed to promote. Shoppsie is not responsible for any missed savings or rewards opportunities.
Accuracy of Promotional Content The Service attempts to provide accurate descriptions for the Promotional Content it displays.Shoppsie does not warrant the Promotional Content shown through the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.The inclusion of such Promotional Content within the Service at any particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any other time.
Promotional Content Considerations Promotional Content provided through Shoppsie is subject to availability.Exclusions, restrictions, and terms and conditions (including third-party merchant exclusions, restrictions, and terms and conditions) may apply.Deals change often, and due to this, your application of any Promotional Content at checkout may or may not result in savings for your order.
Advertiser Websites and Purchases The Service allows you to view or use Promotional Content relating to products listed for sale by third-party advertisers.Shoppsie may provide savings opportunities through our Service when you are on a third-party advertiser’s website.You may also reach a third-party advertiser’s website through other links provided by the Service.In all cases any advertiser product will be purchased directly from the advertiser and through the advertiser’s website.It is understood you are not buying any product or service through Shoppsie.Shoppsie is not a reseller or distributor of any products of third-party advertisers.
Purchase Returns If you are unhappy with any advertiser product purchase, if you wish to return your advertiser product, if you ordered an advertiser product and it has not arrived, or if you have another customer service inquiry regarding your purchased advertiser product, you will need to contact the third-party advertiser from whom you purchased the product.Shoppsie is not involved in your merchant product purchase and is not able to assist with any customer service inquiries or returns related to that purchase.

Miscellaneous Shoppsie’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms Of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Sevices or these Terms Of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
